Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Branded Vault account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
